RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase but if you are not, we are more than happy to accept your return as long as it meets the following conditions:

Return Timeline

  • Orders placed in Lagos should arrive the store within three (3) business days.
  • Orders placed outside Lagos but within Nigeria should arrive the store within five (5) business days.
  • Orders shipped outside Nigeria should arrive the store within 10 business days.

Exceptions
Purchased, picked up and/or fitted items made in-store are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Product Condition

  • To be eligible for an exchange, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, unmarked, without blemish and without defects.
  • No exchange will be accepted if an item is received damaged under any circumstances.
  • please note all shipping costs for returns will be handled by the customer
  • Items purchased on SALE or a discount coupon can not be exchanged. Items can only exchanged if purchased at FULL COST.
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be included in your shipping fee for theexchanged item.

Returns

Exchange

  • Once we receive your return, item(s) will be inspected and provided you have complied with our return conditions; we will process your exchange.
  • Any price difference in your favour will be refunded back to your original method or kept as store credit for your next order at your request.
  • If you need to pay a balance for a price difference, as your exchange item has a higher price, you will be requested to do so.
  • Exchanges may take 2-3 days to be processed prior to being dispatched after which delivery timelines depending on order availability and your location apply.
  • A definite delivery timeline will be communicated to you by our customer care representative.


REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, items will be inspected. Once acknowledged that you have met with our return conditions, we will process your refund.

Refund Time-frame
All refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1 to 3 business days.

Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery of your order by the courier, it will be returned to us, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.

Unwanted Items
If you no longer desire your order after it has been shipped, you may return it following our established return policy.

Multiple Delivery Attempt
Courier will attempt delivery more than once if you are not available on the first try. They will also contact you beforehand to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Failed Delivery
Orders returned to us due to failed delivery attempts may incur additional shipping costs which will be charged to your account. To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package.

FAULTY ITEMS
We are committed to ensuring delivery of the best quality product to you. However , In the unlikely event that you receive defective or damaged items, we will inspect the item and determine the best course of action ( I.e., process a refund, offer a replacement or repair the item) provided that:

  • You notify us of the defect as soon as you receive it or within 3 days
  • The defect is a manufacturing fault and not a consequence of misuse of the item.
  • Return damaged/defective goods to us within 20 days (after which complaints may not be attended to no matter the circumstance) to the address specified
  • The items returned are unworn, unused, unmarked and in their original condition with all the original tags and packaging
  • The goods are your responsibility until they are returned to us. Please ensure that you package your return to prevent any damage occurring to the item and use a traceable service.

Pricing Errors
In the unlikely event of a pricing error on an item you order, we will promptly contact you to discuss the situation. We are not obligated to fulfill the order at the incorrect price. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund for the amount paid. You will then have the option to reorder the item at the correct price.
